What makes my company great is my team of tour guides, booking agents, and back office workers. I do not consider my team members as employees; rather they are equal stakeholders in my business. That is why each one of us goes about our tasks with a great deal of enthusiasm. My operators are trained in all things related to travel and hospitality.
